Their TM1 model is core to business processes, accessed throughout the globe and required to be available near to 24/7. The model connects to hundreds of data sources, with loading processes required to run across multiple TM1 servers — daily and in some cases multiple times per day on demand.

The Challenge

With TM1 models accessed globally around the clock, Pattonair faced persistent challenges with user locks — and had no effective way to monitor users or be alerted when locks occurred. The scale and complexity of their environment meant performance issues were difficult to diagnose, and tracking which users were actively using the system versus working offline was impossible without the right tools.

The Solution

Pattonair implemented Pulse to gain full visibility into their TM1 environment.
