Software License Agreement
Definitions
"Software" means the Slice application. "End-User Features" means non-development features of the Software: cube viewer, subset editor, etc. "Developer Features" means developer features such as dimension editing, rule editor, process editor, etc. "Vendor" means Cubewise CODE Pty Ltd, Level 11, 99 Mount Street, North Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Trial Licensing — Organisations
Organisations may evaluate the Software for the purpose of evaluating its features and capabilities only. The evaluation period is limited to 90 days and the Software may only be installed on one computer within your organisation during this period. Payment for the Software under a subscription period entitles the organisation to use the Software for that period only. Only the number of named users you have purchased licenses for are entitled to use the Software.
Trial Licensing — Individual / Contractor / Consultant
Individual developers, contractors, and consultants may evaluate the Software for 90 days across unlimited client sites. Payment for the Software under a subscription period entitles you to use the Software for that period only. Your license permits unlimited client sites with only one site being active at any one time.
General Use of License
This EULA grants you the right to use the End-User Features of the Software in perpetuity. A Developer subscription grants you the right to use the Developer Features and upgrade to the latest version of the Software for the period of the subscription.
Copyright
All title and copyrights in and to the Software are owned by Vendor or the respective Software author. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Vendor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

Cognos, TM1, and Planning Analytics are trademarks of IBM. Windows and related product names are trademarks of Microsoft. All other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
