Troubleshooting the connector

If the connector does not appear in the “Get Data” dialog, check the following: 

• Restart Microsoft Power BI Desktop. 

• Ensure the option to load custom connectors is activated as described in step “PowerConnect – Connector Installation and Configuration Guide”
